I'm Eli. I do every job myself.
I run Cool Insulation FL out of Sunrise, and I'm the person who answers the phone, climbs into your attic, takes the photos, gives you the price, and does the work. There is no sales team, no rotating crew, no call center — when you hire this company, you're hiring me.
I started this company because insulation is the most under-appreciated fix in South Florida. Everyone blames the AC when the house won't cool — but half the time the AC is fine, and the real problem is a 130-degree attic sitting on top of three inches of fifty-year-old insulation. It's an unglamorous fix that takes one morning, and it works.
The way I run jobs is simple: I measure what you have, show you photos of exactly what I found, and give you one straight price. If your attic turns out to be fine, I tell you that and leave — the inspection costs nothing either way. When the job is done, you get before-and-after photos and a depth measurement, so you can see what you paid for without climbing up there yourself.
How I Work
Straight answers
If you don't need insulation, I say so. If you need removal first, I show you why with photos. The quote is the price — no in-home sales theater, no "today-only" discounts.
One person, accountable
The person who quoted your job is the person who does it and the person who answers if anything ever needs a follow-up. That accountability is the entire reason to hire an owner-operator.
